Shipping policy

Processing: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.

Rates (United States): Standard shipping is $5.95. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Express shipping is $15.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package is lost or seriously delayed, contact us at jd@jdbauerbotanicals.com and we will send a replacement. A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 5 business days after the carrier's estimated delivery date.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an address entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it once the reshipping cost is covered.
