Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact us at jd@jdbauerbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement.

Cancellations: J.D. doesn't drink decaf, and we ship fast. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as we have not started making or packing it. Once production or packing begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Because every bar is handmade, color, shape, and markings can vary slightly from the photos. That is part of the charm, not a defect.
